Do you repair or style synthetic hair wigs?

Synthetic wigs damage easily. They are sensitive to heat and can not be colored. For this reason, we do not repair or style synthetic hair wigs.

What services do you offer?

Repair for: closures, frontals, and 360 lace on wigs. Our repair services include hair hair fill-ins, adding elastic bands, and bleaching knots.

Styling, which incudes: cutting, hair coloring, smoothing treatments, and trendy styles.

Do you charge for shipping?

Round-trip shipping is included in the price. After you have completed an order form, you will recieve an email with shipping instructions and mailing label. Your wig will be returned with your desired look within 10 business days.

How much does it cost to have my wig repaired and/or styled?

Can I purchase a wig online and have it shippped directly to you?

Yes. If you purchase a wig online, you can have it shipped to us for styling. Look for the ‘ship to’ section within the vendor’s form. Please note, you must complete and submit an order form before we can begin. You will be notified at every stage of the service via your preferred contact method (email or text).

How long will it take for my wig to be complete and shipped back to me?

We will send you a pictures of the final work once complete. You will have 3 days to request any modifications or reply “Confirmed”.If there’s no reply within 3 days, we’ll assume that you are satisfied.   Your wig will be returned within 10 business days after a ‘Confirmed’ reply, any modifications, or within the reply period. * Modifications usually takes no longer than 2 days.

Can I send a picture of my desired style?

Is there a hair style you admire on social media, your favorite celebrity, or someone you know. There is an upload feature within our order form that allows you to include up to 5 images of the style you want. You can use this as a helpful reference for you and our stylist.
